The Thenarasu Terroir Bar is a 70% dark chocolate bar, made with Forastero cacao that was selectively hand harvested at peak ripeness, underwent a 6 day box fermentation and was further dried for 4 days.
The cacao beans were roasted medium-dark, hence creating tasting notes of Chickoo, Mosambi, Raspberry, and Figs.
